Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is expressly authorized by the Event organizer.
Cancellation by the Participant
A participant may cancel their registration at any time by writing to us at info@intralaps.com from the email address used at registration, quoting the order number. Cancelling a registration withdraws the participant from the Event; it does not by itself create a right to a refund, which remains subject to the Refund Policy above.
Registrations are personal to the participant named at registration and cannot be transferred to another person or deferred to another event unless the Event organizer expressly permits it in writing.
Age Restriction
Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the Event to register for or participate in the 42K (Full Marathon). Participants must be 13 years of age or older on the date of the Event to register for or participate in the 21.1K (Half Marathon). Participants below the minimum age requirement for each distance are strictly prohibited from registering for or participating in that distance, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
We may ask for proof of age at any point, including at race-kit collection. A registration made in breach of the age restriction may be cancelled without a refund.
Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
If an Event is cancelled, postponed or curtailed by the Event organizer — including for reasons outside their control such as adverse weather, an act of God, government or regulatory direction, or any other force majeure event — the treatment of registration fees is determined by the Event organizer, who may offer a refund, a credit, or a place at a rescheduled Event. Intralaps will communicate the organizer's decision to registered participants at the email address given at registration.
Payments and Failed Transactions
Payments are processed by our payment partners over their own secure hosted pages. Intralaps does not store your card details.
If an amount is debited from your account but your registration is not confirmed, the transaction has failed and the amount is normally reversed by your issuing bank within the timeframe set by that bank. If you do not see the reversal, write to us at info@intralaps.com with the order number, the date and time of the attempt, and the amount, and we will trace the transaction with the payment provider.
How an Authorized Refund is Paid
Where a refund is expressly authorized by the Event organizer, it is made to the original payment instrument used for the registration. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account is governed by your bank or card issuer.
